What is the value of the box? Each month you'll receive a curated selection of products with a guaranteed retail value of at least $60, often more! Every box is designed to provide exceptional value and an exciting unboxing experience.
Can I choose what's in my box? While the contents are a surprise, you can tell us your shirt size, favorite colors, interests, and preferred themes to help us personalize your box whenever possible.
Can I select multiple themes? Absolutely! We encourage you to choose all themes and interests that appeal to you so we can better customize your monthly box.
Will I receive the same items every month? No! We work hard to keep each month's box fresh, fun, and exciting with a variety of products and themes.
Can I skip a month? Yes! You may manage your subscription through your customer account. Any skip or cancellation requests must be made before your next billing date.
Can I cancel my subscription? Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account before your next billing cycle.
When will my box ship? Monthly boxes typically ship within the first part of each subscription cycle. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
What if my box arrives damaged? If your box arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the products, packaging, and shipping box so we can assist you and file a claim if needed.
Can I return or exchange items from my VIP Monthly Box? Due to the custom and subscription nature of the VIP Monthly Box, all sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
