Shipping policy

At K’s Krafty Barn, we work hard to get your order made, packed, and shipped as quickly as possible. Because many of our items are handmade, custom printed, or made to order, please review the information below before placing your order.


Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 3–7 business days depending on the item and current order volume.

Please note:

  • Ready to Ship items may ship sooner.
  • Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time during busy seasons, sales, or holidays.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking information to fully update in the carrier’s system after your label has been created.

We ship through carriers such as:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping times are estimated by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

K’s Krafty Barn is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over shipping delays, lost packages, or transit issues.

However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will do our best to help resolve the issue quickly.
