🚚 Shipping Policy

We know you’re excited to get your order, and we don’t believe in making you wait forever 🙌

Processing Time (Made + Packed by Us):
All items are made, pressed, or packaged by our small business team (that’s us 💕).

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days
  • During high-volume times (launches, holidays, sales), please allow up to 7 business days

Shipping Time (After It Leaves Us):

  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days (UPS/FEDEX)
  • You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships

👉 Total Estimated Delivery Time:
4–10 business days from order to doorstep

Please Note:

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once your package leaves us
  • Double-check your shipping address at checkout, we can’t guarantee changes after ordering

💌 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We get it, things happen sometimes.

If your package is:

  • Lost in transit: Contact us and we’ll help you file a claim
  • Marked delivered but not received: Please check with neighbors or your local post office first
  • Damaged: Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because most of our items are custom, made-to-order, or handmade, we handle returns a little differently.

✔️ We Accept Returns/Exchanges If:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item

👉 You must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.


❌ We Do NOT Accept Returns For:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Normal wear, washing damage, or misuse

(We always recommend checking size charts before ordering 💖)


🔁 Exchanges (If Approved)

If your exchange is approved:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping (unless it’s our error)
  • Replacement will be shipped after the original item is received

💸 Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after approval
