VIP MONTHLY BOX SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

By purchasing a K’s Krafty Barn VIP Monthly Box subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

SUBSCRIPTION BILLING:

 Your subscription will automatically renew every month unless canceled prior to your next billing date. Your selected payment method will be charged automatically each billing cycle for the current subscription price plus applicable taxes and shipping fees.

CANCELLATIONS:

 You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account prior to your renewal date to avoid future charges. Once a monthly subscription order has processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified for that month’s box.

 PRODUCTS & THEMES: Each VIP Monthly Box is a surprise curated by K’s Krafty Barn. Themes, colors, styles, and included items may vary monthly based on seasons, trends, holidays, product availability, and inventory. Boxes may include, but are not limited to: • Glass Cups • Sublimation Cups • 40oz Insulated Tumblers • Snowglobe Tumblers • Graphic T-Shirts • Beaded Pens • Wristlets • Car Charms • Keychains • Car Freshies • Car Coasters • Hats • Boutique Accessories • Seasonal Handmade Items No two boxes are guaranteed to be identical.

VALUE: 

The VIP Monthly Box is priced at $59.99 and includes a guaranteed retail value of at least $75+ worth of products. 

SHIPPING:

 Subscription boxes are processed and shipped according to our current turnaround times. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, holidays, weather delays, or carrier delays.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: 

Due to the custom, handmade, and surprise nature of subscription boxes, all VIP Monthly Box sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on subscription boxes. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right. 

PAYMENT FAILURES:

 If your payment method fails, additional attempts may be made to process your payment before your subscription is canceled.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address, email address, sizing information, and payment information are accurate and up to date. By purchasing this subscription, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
